Recognizing the opportunity to enhance restaraunt diversity in Colorado Springs, we’ve reimagined Vietnamese Cuisine to offer a creative dining experience downtown—a Modern Vietnamese Eatery.

Our Menu aims to capture a Modern Vietnamese perspective with balanced taste and texture intended to stimulate your senses. Inspiration for the dishes comes from Vietnam’s vibrant food culture, where fresh produce and choice ingredients represent balance of traditions, cultural influences, and modernity. We offer a dedicated lunch & enhanced dinner menu, but we’ve also expanded our availability through online ordering and a convenient pick up/take out option.
